Authorization - Query Manager
In SAP Business One has several special functions to provide authorization to each user
In this case I will explain the authorization related to Query manager and Export Excell, SAP Query Grouping only provides up to 15 Groups.
Per Group Query manager authorization. To do the Setup Query manager what to do is :
1. Open the Query manager that has been saved
2. click the manage Category button
3. Group Category per Group,
For example
Group 1 may only be opened by the Purchasing section
Group 2 may only be opened by the Sales department
And so on, according to the grouping needed
4. After grouping, the next step is to give authorization rights to each user by opening the Administration module - System initialization - Authorization
5. Select the user who will be given authorization for the Group that has been determined. for example I chose user 01ACC01 for Group 1
7. Click Button Update. Then User 01ACC01 can only see all Queries in Group 1
Administration - System initialization - Authorization
1. Open the Administration module - System initialization - Authorization
2. Select the User who will be given authorization
3. In the right column click the black arrow on General - MS-Excel
4. Select Full Authorization if the user is allowed to export data to Excel and authorize if the user is not allowed to access export data to Excel.
5. Click Button Update.

6. After selecting the user in the right column, select Reports - Query generator - Give Full Authorization only for Group 1
Export Excel Authorization
So that the user cannot use the Excel Export Function Simply provide the authorization that is onAdministration - System initialization - Authorization
1. Open the Administration module - System initialization - Authorization
3. In the right column click the black arrow on General - MS-Excel
4. Select Full Authorization if the user is allowed to export data to Excel and authorize if the user is not allowed to access export data to Excel.
